From Swanston Street in the CBD, board tram #3, 5, 6, 16, 64, or 67 southbound. Drop off at Tram Stop No. 26 on St Kilda Road. Cross the street to the right onto Beatrice.

From the M1 eastbound, exit to Kings Rd, follow on to Queens Rd, drive past the Bayview on the Park, then turn left into Beatrice Street.
